Hey Gladiators! At Giano, we follow PBIS, which stands for Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports. That’s just a fancy way of saying that we focus on encouraging and rewarding students for making good choices, showing respect, and being awesome members of our school community.

When you show PROUD behavior around campus—like helping someone out, staying focused in class, using kind words, or leading by example—teachers and staff can reward you with PROUD Points!
